Acceptance of terms

By using GlowPDF, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. GlowPDF is operated by Inuyasi LLC and is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.

Use of the service

You may use GlowPDF to process PDF files for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to process files you do not own or have rights to modify.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Use automated tools to make excessive requests that degrade performance for other users.

Your files and content

All file processing happens entirely in your browser. GlowPDF does not receive, store, or have access to any files you process. You retain full ownership of your files and are solely responsible for the content you process using GlowPDF.

Disclaimer of warranties

GlowPDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the service at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping backups of any important files before processing them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inuyasi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or files resulting from use of GlowPDF.

Intellectual property

GlowPDF, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by Inuyasi LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of GlowPDF without prior written permission.

Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of GlowPDF at any time without notice. We may also update these terms — continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Inuyasi LLC operates.
