Your files never leave your device

GlowPDF is a product of Inuyasi LLC. GlowPDF processes all files entirely in your browser. When you upload a PDF, it is never sent to any server. All operations — merging, splitting, compressing, editing — happen locally using your device's processing power. We have no access to your files and do not store them anywhere.

Information we collect

We collect minimal, anonymized usage data to understand how people use GlowPDF and improve the product:

• Page views and navigation — which tools and pages are visited, via Google Analytics.
• Browser and device type — to ensure compatibility across devices.
• General location — country-level only, used for analytics aggregation.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly.

Cookies

GlowPDF uses cookies only for analytics purposes (Google Analytics). These cookies help us understand aggregate usage patterns. No cookies are used for advertising or tracking across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Third-party services

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected through this service. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Data retention

Since we do not collect personal data or process your files server-side, there is no user data to retain or delete. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics under their standard data retention policy (26 months by default).

Children's privacy

GlowPDF is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
